What's new?

I know I haven't been on here in awhile, I have been busy with school work and such. I have managed to have one biology class. Apparently the professor didn't have this class on his contract, yet he was assigned to teach it. All of my classes are interesting, Early Modern France took a few classes to get interesting but we finally got there.

But the way the weather is going, I'm not sure if we will ever have a full week of classes. Monday was a full day, Tuesday the school closed early, Wednesday the school was closed all day and today the school had a delayed opening. So out of the four days that I should have had biology, I have only had it once. Hopefully, things will start picking up.

Last Thursday, I got engaged to Bill. I am so happy and so is he. We have already made a plan. The wedding won't happen til after college and same with starting a family.

My new roommate and I get along great. We have talked more then Lindsay and I ever did.

Yesterday when we woke up and tried to look out the window. That didn't work out so well. The window was covered in ice.

Later that day, Maura hit all of the ice off of the window and now the window is almost clear. There is a little bit of ice still on the window, but it is slowly melting.

Maura

My new roommate's name is Maura. I think we will get along great. We talked more last night, then Lindsay and I ever did. I am excited for this semester. On top of getting along we have the same bio lab and the same bio lecture. I have a study buddy.

Classes were cancelled earlier today so I don't have any classes today. Hopefully the weather will be better tomorrow. (I know its not going to happen, but I can only wish.)

Roommate Blues

I have been checking my southern email account periodically since I went on break. Today I checked it to see if I got anything new. I had gotten an updated rooming assignment. I had a roommate last semester but her parents wanted her to go to a triple to save them money. At the end of last semester, I got another roommate. But according to my email, I am the only one in my room. I don't mind having my own room, but half of it will be empty, which will be weird.

Hopefully, I will get a new roommate soon.

Roommate Troubles

In the beginning of the semester, my roommate and I didn't get along well. She would do things that would make me so angry. For example, one night she lent her math book to some guy (she didn't even who his name). She told him where exactly our room is, so he could return the the book later. Well at 2 o'clock in the morning, this guy is in my room trying to return the math book. She left the door unlocked. I wanted to yell at her and ask her what she was thinking, but I didn't I held my temper and I asked her to not give out information like that, because not only does she live here but so do I.

Another night she and her boyfriend were having problems, so she was yelling at him while I was trying to sleep. I have been woken up time after time because of this. I had to ask her to leave the room to talk to him because she didn't have any respect for me.

We have gotten along recently, but I don't know if it is going to last. I hope it does.
